Cancellation

To help our families we require at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations. Cancellations made in less than 24 hours of your booking will be subject to pay 5%-10% fee of the bill. We understand things happen, so please contact us through your parent portal or via email to update or reschedule bookings.

Late booking

Bookings requested for a time that is less than 24 hours away is subject to and upcharge of $2 on all services if accepted.

Holidays

Holidays are a special time to spend with our familes. Due to the holidays being really busy for our Furever Companions, bookings amde on the following holidays will have an up-cahrge of $4 on all services:

New years, Thanksgiving, 4th of July weekend & day, Christmas week, Labor day weekend, and Memorial day weekend.
